1. Introduction

Welcome to Nomad Nautic. By accessing and using our yacht rental and water activities services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading this document carefully before making a reservation.

2. Reservations and Payments

• All reservations must be made through our website or authorized sales points.
• A prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. The amount and accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed reservations.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: full refund.
• Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the service: 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: no refund.
• In case of adverse weather conditions, a date change or full refund will be offered.

4. Service Conditions

• Customers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
• The captain has absolute authority on board and may cancel the activity in case of inappropriate or dangerous behavior, without the right to a refund.
• Carrying illegal substances or engaging in activities that may endanger the safety of the boat and passengers is prohibited.

5. Liability and Insurance

• Nomad Nautic has liability and accident insurance for its activities.
• We are not responsible for the loss or damage of customers’ personal belongings.
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the boat due to negligence or failure to comply with regulations.

6. Modifications and Force Majeure

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries or cancel services due to safety reasons, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• In case of cancellation due to force majeure, rescheduling or a refund will be offered.

7. Data Protection

• Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Spain, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts.
