Yes, our parasailing activity in Barcelona is totally safe. We use state-of-the-art equipment, we have certified skippers and we follow all the safety protocols established by the PPAE (Professional Parasailing Association Europe) and the PAPO (Professional Association of Parasailing Operators).
Although the flight itself lasts around 15 minutes in the air, the experience is much more than just the flight. You will also enjoy the speedboat ride, the atmosphere on board, and watching your friends or family fly, so the total experience usually lasts around 1 hour.
Ideally you should wear a swimming costume and sunscreen on hot days. You can also wear comfortable clothes if you prefer not to get wet, although on some occasions you may get splashed with water.
